​​​Title: IT Systems Administrator
Location: Canby, OR
Wilson Construction Co. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to assist in handling the day to day IT functions and administering SharePoint at our headquarter office under the supervision of the IT Director. This position has a multitude of duties and responsibilities for a well-rounded IT Systems Administrator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Install/build, test, and maintain a variety of computer and network hardware and software systems including servers, laptops, desktops, communications equipment (digital & IP phones, video conference), smart phones, and office equipment; perform diagnostics tests, modify or repair hardware systems;
· Manage group policies and active directory;
· Install virus protection, and enable automatic updates using established methods;
· Experienced in SharePoint farm administration;
· Provide front end support to office and field personnel, both onsite and remotely via email, phone, remote session, and face to face;
· Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving problems with hardware, software, office and communications equipment, network and remote connectivity;
· Provide regular and ongoing training to users in both large and small groups, and individualized training as necessary for new or modified equipment and software.
· Establish and maintain methods of electronic file structure;
· Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner;
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and materials;
· Continually improves technology skills and assists with identifying areas for product improvement or needs for new products;
· Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance. May be occasionally scheduled to work evenings or weekends and be available via cell phone according to the needs of the company; and
· Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance from the office or be willing to relocate.

· High School Diploma. College Degree not required but is a plus;
· MCSE Certification preferred;
· 5 years' experience in an IT position within a midsize company;
· Experience with hardware, software, and network installation/setup, migration, troubleshooting and repair;
· SharePoint Farm Administration, Exchange Server, SQL, Active Directory experience required;
· Experience preferred with PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML and CSS, Terminal Services Gateway, Unitrends, WSUS, Polycom, PBX Phone systems, Website design and administration,
· Experience a plus with: Timberline, P6, Endpoint, Barracuda, and PRTG;
· Must be able to proactively perform analysis on all types of problems and issues, professionally suggest solutions, and implement as quickly and efficiently as possible to the satisfaction of the internal customer;
· Ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally, with employees at all levels; remain calm and courteous under pressure;
· Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation;
· Experience training users in large and small groups;
· Excellent phone etiquette and face to face customer service skills;
· Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment subject to frequent interruptions;
· Ability to independently keep on top of ongoing projects and tasks through to completion;
· Must be able to pass a drug screen, background and reference check.
